  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the period before dispatch—not the shipping/delivery period.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

  • We do not currently ship to locations outside the United Kingdom.

📦 Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  2. Include your order number and any supporting photos (for damaged goods).

  3. We’ll investigate the issue and either resend the item(s) or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
